  • Phone number and email address

  • Website address

  • Rent roll location

  • Rent roll data (e.g. portfolio metrics, property counts, compliance status)

We do not collect identification documents or sensitive personal data.

3. Purpose of Collection

We collect your information to:

  • Set up and manage your user account

  • Provide rent roll assessment tools and insights

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe

  • Communicate with you about updates or support

  • Improve app functionality and user experience

4. How We Use Your Rent Roll Data

Rent roll data submitted through the App is used to calculate and display your results, provide insights and support the operation and improvement of the App.

We do not sell your rent roll data or disclose your agency’s identifiable results or performance metrics to other agencies or users.

Authorised personnel and service providers may access information where reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure or support the App. Where rent roll data is used for product development, industry insights or benchmarking, it will be aggregated or de-identified so that individual users and agencies are not reasonably identifiable.

5. Payment Security

All payment data is handled securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card information.

6. Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may disclose information:

  • To service providers (e.g. Stripe) as required to operate the App

  • If required by law, court order, or regulatory authority

  • To prevent fraud or harm

7. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored on secure servers and protected with reasonable technical and organisational measures. While we take steps to secure your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
