Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to Rent Roll Solutions Health Check (the “App”), operated by VA Real Estate Pty Ltd T/as Rent Roll Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the App, available on Google Play and Apple App Store.

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be over 18 years of age and located in Australia to use this App.

3. Account Registration

To access the App, you must create an account using accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payment

The App offers subscription plans (monthly, 6-month, annual), with a 90-day free trial. All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store account settings.

5. Data Collection and Use

We collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, website, rent roll location, and rent roll data to provide our services. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Confidentiality of Rent Roll Data

Rent roll data submitted through the App will be treated as confidential business information. We will not disclose an individual user’s or agency’s identifiable rent roll data, results or performance metrics to another user, agency or third party, except:

  • to service providers who require access to operate, maintain or support the App;

  • with the user’s consent; or

  • where required by law.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data to improve the App, develop industry insights and produce benchmarking information, provided that individual users and agencies are not reasonably identifiable.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal purposes;

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the App;

  • Share or sublicense your login with others.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and features of the App are the intellectual property of VA Real Estate Pty Ltd T/as Rent Roll Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The App provides general rent roll assessment tools and does not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice. Results are indicative only.

We make no warranty that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VA Real Estate Pty Ltd T/as Rent Roll Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
